Brahmaputra Valley Film Festival (BVFF) is our homage to the rich culture of Northeast India. The film festival is dedicated to the film fraternity of the northeast region of India. It is an initiative for new and professional filmmakers to come together and rediscover different aspects of movie making.
Three stories set in the North-Eastern part of India, encapsulates the three most glaring issues pertaining to region: Terrorism, drugs and Bangladeshi immigrants. Though the stories are not intertwined, ‘III Smoking Barrels’ makes an honest effort to bring to light the burning topics.
